The PQUIP High Performance Rod System is a DL quick change system covering the mud pump piston rod and its connection hardware. DLSY stocks 18 line items: release links, piston nuts, standard pins for 5 in liners and larger, low-profile pins for smaller liners, the pin with liner flush, piston link holders and pullers, splash shields and the power-end rod / pony rod / crosshead extension. A complete rod system set including the main hardware items is also available. We export to Canada, the United States and international oil and gas markets.

Which pin do I need for my liner size?
The system uses a standard pin for 5 in liners and larger, and a low-profile pin for liners smaller than 5 in. A pin with liner flush is also listed. Tell us your liner bore and we will supply the matching pin.
Is a complete PQUIP rod system set available?
Yes. Besides individual components, we offer the rod system set that bundles the main hardware items, so you can retrofit or fully renew the rod connection in one order.
What service tools are used with this rod system?
A piston link holder and a piston link puller, normally one of each per rig. DLSY supplies both tools along with the rod hardware.
Does DLSY also supply the pony rod side of the system?
Yes. The power-end rod / pony rod / crosshead extension is part of our catalog for this system, together with splash shields in the versions with and without PQUIP liner retention.
